"I have participated in at least two programs provided by the RTC; cardio-tennis for 4+ players and the video evaluation program. For about 2 years, twice a week I participated in the grueling non-stop cardio-workout tennis for 4+ players. The instructors were excellent and the program designed to build cardiovascular endurance and strengthen muscle tone. Over the two years, I dropped probably 40-50 pounds, increased foot-speed and improved stroke production. I can now play 2-3 sets of "normal" tennis without breaking a sweat. The access to ball machines, indoor tennis, instructional programs makes the RTC a great deal." ~~~ James B.
