The RTC's Tennis Boot Camp is a hybrid of workouts combining intense feed & play-based drills with cross-fit exercise elements.  The result is one of the area's most sought after tennis workouts.  It's where Cardio Tennis is crossed over with personal training.  Our instructors really motivate you and make you realize that movement and core strength is as important as having a pretty backhand.  

With drills like our infamous "Drop Volleys" and "21 & Done", you will realize that becoming a better athlete is just as important as honing your technique in a private lesson.  Players that have participated in these classes the past two years have seen results that speak for themselves.......

"I have participated in at least two programs provided by the RTC; cardio-tennis for 4+ players and the video evaluation program.  For about 2 years, twice a week I participated in the grueling non-stop cardio-workout tennis for 4+ players.  The instructors were excellent and the program designed to build cardiovascular  endurance and strengthen muscle tone.  Over the two years, I dropped probably 40-50 pounds, increased foot-speed and improved stroke production.  I can now play 2-3 sets of "normal" tennis without breaking a sweat.  The access to ball machines, indoor tennis, instructional programs makes the RTC a great deal." ~~~ James B.
