Video Analysis Lessons
Video Analysis – Coach Jake Moe
If you have ever wondered what you look like as a tennis player, now's your chance to experience video analysis at its finest. Coach Jake Moe is bringing his video analysis system in for players to see for the first time, what they look like and how they can truly improve their strokes. First developed in 1992, Coach Moe's video system has evolved over the years into a multi-view system where players can see three different angles of their groundstrokes and service motions.
At every level of play, video analysis can be extremely useful for both the instructor and the player. For the new and experienced students, there are a lot of details can be missed in just talking or not being able to see an instructor's demonstration properly. Clips of a correct stroke production versus the student's problem stroke can be placed side-by-side. For the student interested in improving their game this can provide a method of self-assessment. The video also documents their progress.
Using ball machine feeds to instruct during the analysis, Coach Moe will help you discover hidden flaws to fine-tune your game. There are not many opportunities to truly analyze your stroke and study frame-by-frame mechanics of your tennis stroke so take advantage of this great opportunity this fall.
