Cardio Tennis

Cardio Tennis is a new, fun group activity featuring drills to give players of all abilities an ultimate, high energy workout. Taught by the RTC professional staff, Cardio Tennis includes a warm-up, cardio workout, and a cool down phase. If you are looking for a great new way to get in shape and to burn calories, you must try Cardio Tennis. This unique fitness/tennis clinic is packed with tennis drills, sport specific training stations, great music, and lots of FUN! Improving fitness is perhaps the quickest way to improve tennis performance and results.
